The Chapel of Skorm can be found in Darkwood, it is located east of Darkwood Camp, so find your way to Darkwood Camp to get to the chapel.

Skorm is basically the devil and all the bad guys worship him, so this chapel is an evil place. Left of the chapel is a chest. If you wish to do their bidding you can earn prizes. To earn these prizes you must bring sacrifices. Sacrifices can be any villager who is willing to follow you, mercenaries and even your own wives. This is the most complicated part of the game because it is never consistent.

Always save before making sacrifices! However, the most accurate way to know the right time for the sacrifice is to use henchmen. You will know when the right hour has struck because the Henchmen will take their pay on the hour exactly.

The overall point is that success with obtaining Skorm's Bow has to do with your alignment. It seems that the more extreme your alignment fully good or evil , the better your chance at scoring enough evil points to obtain the bow. If you don't get the Bow at the first try, reload your game and try again. You will get the bow right away. Make sure to Hero save before doing this, because if you mistime your sacrifice you may not want to be stuck with all those evil points.

Maybe you have a hardware glitch, but unless you are running it on a Thomson XBOX, then that is highly unlikely. I routinely get Skorm's Bow at even below , and I am not even close to the only person doing it. How do you account for that? I have tested it, specifically in the to range and found the results constant.
