The USCIS site is not accurate all the time and I heard that in the recent times they were doing some system upgrade as a result some online status are irrelevant I got similar message when i checked today,"My appeal was dismissed".

Thinking its a system error as we never appealed for any decision. Status just changed from initial to appeal was dismissed. And also uscis website looks different. My question is are you still seeing same message or anything changed? If not changed please let me know what does that message mean as i did found any info about this message.

Hi Sridhar,. Still showing the same. He said uscis facing some issues regarding online case status since upgrade. Asked to check back after few days!!! Mine is regular,not premium. Lookslike a system error,few people are getting it. Keep me posted if you have any update on your case. Does "appeal is dismissed" means denial? Mine still showing appeal is dismissed. On Mid of saturday my status changed to denied.

Mine is PP. They haven't send mail why they are denied. Total confused and fed up with uscis processing. Don't worry. Hope for best. Later my status shown as Request for Additional Evidence Notice.

Hopefully my employer will provide required info. Any further update on your case? Is it still showing denied or changed. Did u receive any update from uscis.

My H1 Transfer was filed on 12th of Nov , and I got the receipt number 19th ,since then its showing the same error message. Please contact the NCSC 1 for additional information. Though H4 petition filed along with this , shows initial review. I talked to my new Employer and their counselor confirmed the same from USCIS , regarding technical issues because of the overhaul. My case was in 2nd RFE. My employer submitted the documents and the status was "We received your response to our Request for Evidence".

Post Decision Activity - Your case is under review with a supervisor. Thread starter rdxxs Start date Jun 13, Basically today I passed the interview without any problem and IO told me my case is recommended for approval. However, my online status changed to "Post Decision Activity" and shows "Your case is under review with a supervisor".

Is this normal? I'm a little worried and I can't think of anything may raise concerns but why my case needs a supervisor to review it?

Especially I knew some other guys have been offered to wait for their oath letter on site today. But my IO sent me back to wait for the oath letter. Please share your precious experience brothers and sisters! Did you have any tickets or any kind of criminal history? I don't even need to provide evidence according to the requirement. And if decision has not been made, shouldn't I still in "Decision" step instead of "Post Decision Activity"? You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision.

The decision has been made by IO. It just requires a supervisor's approval. It well may be a new IO, whose decisions have to be approved by the supervisor.
